A SUMMER EVENING IN WEBSTER WITH PROFESSOR ROBERT LEE MADISON

Well, Kind Hearts, here are a few photos from a truly memorable event. Recently, I was asked to write a short monologue based on the life of Robert Lee Madison, the founder of Western Carolina University. Since I have heard stories about Professor Madison all of my life, I certainly didn't lack material. I manged to produce a twenty-five minute monologue that sketched Madison's remarkable career and it was produced on March 10th. Frankly, I think it went much better than any of us expected. I have been asked to repeat the performance on April 15th at the Mountain Heritage Center Auditorium, and all of you are invited.
