Folks, this is a promo for the next Liars Bench which is on March 28th at 7:00 in the Mountain Heritage Center at WCU.  Shelia Kay Adams will be there, as will Marvin Cole who became famous doing Mark Twain.  (He is a WCU graduate).  I intend to talk a bit about imaginary critters, and the Belled Buzzard in this promo is one of them.  William Ritter will be on hand to play an old fiddle tune about the winged messenger of doom.  Marvin has been thinking about outhouses and wnats toshare some thoughts with you.  Marvelous doing are being planned and I will talk a bit about that,

    Dear posters,
    As you see, I have an infestation of silly folks who have ruined a perfectly good blog. Sorry about that. If I still get an occasional post, I will keep this blog going, but if I don't I will shut it down and turn to lurking on Facebook.

    For some reason, my bookmark on Holler Notes always led me to a static page, and I never realized I needed to click on "newer post", so I got a bit behind on here. As for the spammers, I rarely have the problem on Wordpress because they have excellent spam-catchers (that you get to review just to make sure legitimate comments don't get trashed) so I don't worry too much. I've noticed on the other hand that most of my Blogspot blogger friends ALWAYS have problems. Can't they provide a fix? You could always switch, y'know. As for FB, I rarely go there, and when I do, I always lurk, but link my blog to them so my FB friends, if they choose, can read my blogposts. Sorry you're having so many problems with Anonymous. He/she is a first-class coward! and for selfish reasons, I'd like to see you continue here.
